تتم توصيل الطلبات خلال من 3 الي 5 ايام عمل بحسب المحافظة

يتم تحديد سعر الشحن بحسب المحافظة المحددة من العميل

يتم عرض سعر الشحن علي العميل قبل تنفيذ الطلب , لمعرفة العميل باسعار الشحن او العروض علي سعر الشحن ان وجد

 

سياسة الاستبدال

الاستبدال خلال 3 ايام من تاريخ الاستلام

الاستبدال فقط في حالة ان كان المنتج بنفس حاله الاستلام و غير مستخدم

الاستبدال يتم بتكلفة سعر الشحن كامل حتي في حالة عروض الشحن ان وجد

الاستبدال يتم بتحديد تكلفة الشحن بحسب المحافظة

 

سياسة الاسترجاع

الاسترجاع يتم في خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام بنفس حالة الاستلام

يتم استرداد المبلغ عن طريق تحويل لاي محفظة ذكية 

الاسترجاع يتم بتكلفة سعر الشحن كامل حتي في حالة عروض الشحن ان وجد

الاسترجاع يتم بتحديد تكلفة الشحن بحسب المحافظة

تخصم قيمة الشحن من تكلفة المنتج

Return Policy

The return will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt in the same condition as received

The amount is refunded by transferring to any smart wallet

The return is made at the cost of the full shipping price, even in the case of shipping offers, if any

Returns are determined by the shipping cost according to the governorate

The shipping value is deducted from the product cost
